Located in Piazza Gae Aulenti, The Bay is a modern, fully fitted space characterized by a high degree of versatility. The presence of a large kitchen and multiple functional areas makes it particularly suitable for Food & Beverage activities, as well as formats such as temporary stores, drink receptions, dinners, press conferences, shootings, and creative retail projects.

The venue is arranged as a single, linear main space, with a total surface area of 255 sqm, fully modular and customizable according to project needs. Supporting the main area, several back-of-house spaces are available, designed to optimize operational and logistical flows.

Externally, the activation of a paved outdoor area may be considered (subject to approval by the property), which can be used upon obtaining a public land concession from the Municipality of Milan, pending authorization from Coima.
